Friendly staff, very helpful. Experienced a brief loss of power in my room, but this was rectified extremely quickly by the staff. Very good breakfast

When I arrived I was greeted at reception by two receptionists . The check in process was made easy by word perfect speaking staff , thank you .. an angel from heaven
